Addendum to Wyrd Path Terms of Service

These Dreamsong Service Terms apply specifically to the Wyrd Path Enchantments Dreamsong offering and operate in conjunction with the Wyrd Path Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, these Dreamsong Service Terms prevail only in relation to the Dreamsong service.

By purchasing or submitting a dream for the Dreamsong offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Nature of the Service

Dreamsong is a creative, artistic, and mythic musical service in which submitted dreams, visions, or symbolic material are transformed into an original song through voice, melody, and atmosphere.

Dreamsong is not a form of dream interpretation, counselling, therapy, psychological analysis, or professional advice. It is an act of creative expression and enchantment offered for personal reflection, inspiration, and artistic engagement only.

Dream Submission Responsibility

By submitting a dream, vision, or written material, you confirm that:

• You are the original dreamer or have full rights to submit the material.

• The content does not infringe on the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of any third party.

• The submission does not contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

Nature of the Service

If you purchase a Public Dreamsong, you expressly grant Wyrd Path permission to:

• Transform your submitted dream into a Dreamsong.

• Publish the resulting Dreamsong on the Wyrd Path Enchantments YouTube channel and associated platforms.

• Attribute the Dreamsong to you as the Dreamer using your first name only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Public Dreamsongs become part of a mythic archive and may remain publicly available indefinitely.

Private Dreamsong Confidentiality

If you purchase a Private Dreamsong, your submitted dream and the resulting song will be created solely for your personal use and delivered privately. It will not be published, shared, distributed, or reused in any public or promotional capacity.

All personal information and submitted content are handled in accordance with the Wyrd Path Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is stored, used, and protected.

Scheduling and Delivery

Dreamsongs are created according to a scheduled creation timeslot selected at purchase.

While every effort is made to honour the selected schedule, creation timelines are approximate and may shift slightly due to creative process, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery is completed digitally via a private or public video link emailed to you, depending on the Dreamsong type purchased.

Intellectual Property

All Dreamsongs are original works created by Wyrd Path.

• Wyrd Path retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all Dreamsongs.

• Public Dreamsong purchasers grant permission for public sharing as outlined above.

• Private Dreamsong purchasers receive a personal-use license only and may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share the Dreamsong without written consent.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of the Dreamsong service:

• All Dreamsong purchases are final.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once a submission has been made.

• This applies to both Public and Private Dreamsongs.

Emotional and Personal Responsibility

Dreamsong may evoke emotional, symbolic, or imaginative responses.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your personal experience and responses. Wyrd Path is not liable for emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes arising from engagement with the Dreamsong service and Wyrd Path Enchantments YouTube channel.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a Dreamsong submission at my discretion if the content:

• Violates these terms,

• Is unlawful or harmful,

• Falls outside the scope of the Dreamsong offering.

In such cases, the decision is final.

Discretionary Credit

If a Public Dreamsong submission is deemed unsuitable for public release on YouTube after purchase, Wyrd Path may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or discount voucher for use on the Wyrd Path website.

This credit does not constitute a refund or an obligation to provide replacement services. It does not guarantee the creation, publication, or replacement of a Dreamsong. Any credit offered is voluntary, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to its own terms, conditions, and expiry date.

The decision to offer a credit, and the value of any such credit, is final.

Governing Law

These Dreamsong Service Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, in alignment with the main Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

I may update or revise these Dreamsong Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
